OUR BACKGROUND
How We Got Here
Based in East Lothian but covering the whole of Scotland and elsewhere (by Zoom and other platforms or face to face where allowed), Mediation Solutions Scotland's Principal, Sandy Wilson, is a former career banker with 35 years commercial experience. He is a Scottish Mediation Register registered practitioner and member of The Scottish Land Commission's mediation panel for the Tenant Farming Sector.

In his former banking career, Sandy gained considerable experience of managing diverse litigation in several business and commercial sectors and jurisdictions. He is a firm advocate of mediation and parties engaging to resolve their disputes outside court process wherever possible and whether before or after court proceedings are underway.

Accredited by Core Solutions Group, Edinburgh in 2009, he has been involved in mediation since 2003.
